The moment that I laid eyes on the colorful, fun and feminine dresses from House of MBR I was IN LOVE. I adore the high contrast detailing, the beeezy silhouettes, and gorgeous preppy prints.

Each piece is designed by Michelle Bradley Robertson in North Carolina and then manufactured in LA. The fabrics are gorgeous in person and the tailoring fantastic. Additionally, sizing is quite easy (the brand uses their own size chart) and the pieces are designed to fit freely yet still look very tailored across the shoulders. This fit style allowed me to continue to wear my pieces throughout pregnancy very comfortably. They drape beautifully on my usual silhouette as well, so I feel confident that they will continue to work for me even if my size fluctuates over time.

Above I am wearing the Long Bouvier style to attend Denver Fashion week’s resort show. The pink and green are absolute perfection. This style comes in another color and a short option as well.

Another of my faves pictured above. I wore this fabulous piece for Easter lunch this year and it was epic. The scallop detailing is so fun. This style also comes in a short version and there is a similar piece in green.

I own a couple of other pieces from this brand (I need to get some photos!) and have loved them as well. If you are looking for a statement piece to rock for an event, or just for everyday because you’re that fabulous, I highly recommend House of MBR.
